First Visit
In most cases, your initial visit to the office will be for a comprehensive examination and consultation with Dr. Goeckermann. In addition to an oral exam, he will also review the necessary diagnostic x-rays, which may include 3D imaging, for more detailed images of your teeth and supporting bone. Dr. Goeckermann will work with you to determine the treatment plan that will best meet your needs, and answer any questions you have about your procedure, anesthesia, and recovery. One of our experienced surgical assistants will also review the surgical instructions with you, so you will know what to expect on your day of surgery and during your recovery.
Please provide the following information at the time of your initial consultation:
- The surgical referral form from your dentist and any recent x-rays.
- A list of medications you are currently taking.
- If you have dental insurance, please bring your insurance card. This will save time and allow us to help you process your claims.
PATIENTS UNDER 18: A parent or guardian must accompany patients under 18 years of age during the initial examination and consultation.
