If you have dental benefits, please bring your insurance information with you to your consultation appointment. Depending on your particular plan, you may be responsible for a deductible or full payment for services on the day of your appointment.
Some oral surgical procedures are covered by medical insurance. Please bring your insurance card to your first appointment. We will inform you if your medical insurance provides coverage for your procedure.
We will submit the claim to your insurance on your behalf. Insurance companies usually respond within four to six weeks. Once Greater Milwaukee Oral Surgery receives payment or communication from your insurance, you will be mailed a statement with your remaining balance. Please promptly remit payment. Lending Club & Care credit
Additionally, Greater Milwaukee Oral Surgery can provide you with an application for Lending Club or Care Credit. These companies provide lines of credit specifically for medical and dental procedures, at an interest rate that is lower than most other credit cards.
